Siim Rulli

Siim Rulli (October 15, 1948 in Kunda – July 26, 2006) was an Estonian actor and television director. He graduated from Kehra Middle School in 1967 and the Department of Performing Arts of Tallinn State Conservatory (5th flight) in 1972.
