Chiu Keng Guan

Chiu Keng Guan is a Malaysian film director. Born and raised in Batu Pahat, Johor, Chiu initially studied graphic design and then fine arts, and worked on ceramic and sculpture production before joining HVD Film Production, doing quality assurance.
