She is the first daughter of Luang Prajerd-Aksonlak (Sombhoj Asavananda) and Madam Prajerd-Aksonlak (Georgette Asavananda). She is French-Thai, her father is Thai, and her mother is French. She was 2nd Runner-up for Miss Thailand 1953, and she competed in Miss Universe 1954 pageant competition held in the United States...
