Romanov Higa

Romanov Higa (ロマのフ 比嘉, Romanofu Higa, born 1973) is a Japanese 3DCG animator, stage director and film director. His real name is Kazuhiro Higa (比嘉一博). He was born in Wakayama Prefecture in 1973.
