Eugene Kolb

Eugene Kolb is a filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. Born in Ukraine, Eugene immigrated to the U.S. in the late 1990s. He learned English by frequenting his local DVD rental store and watching countless subtitled movies with his family.
